Share the medical report
Send us the patient's current medical report, test results and diagnosis, so we understand the case fully.

Doctor consultation in China
Dr. Annie discusses your case directly with specialist doctors in China to see whether treatment can be offered.
This step carries a consultation fee of RMB 1,500. If your case is accepted and you proceed to your medical visa, this fee is not collected.

Visa process begins
Once the doctors in China are ready to take your case, we begin and support your medical visa application.

Arrival & hospital care
Our team receives you at the airport, takes you to the hospital, and stays involved to communicate between you and your doctors throughout treatment.

City tour for attendant
While the patient is under treatment, we arrange a one-day city tour for the accompanying family member.
